Papinelle is not obliged to accept any request by you for a cancellation or amendment of an Order

If you discover that you have made a mistake with your Order after you have submitted it to Papinelle via the website, you may request the Order be cancelled or amended. Papinelle does not guarantee that it will be able to cancel or amend the Order in those circumstances.

If you have made an Order and Papinelle is unable to process the Order or Papinelle does not accept the Order, Papinelle will notify you and the Order will be cancelled

You agree that it is not a defect in the Product or a breach of a warranty if in Papinelle reasonable opinion, following the sale of the Products to you, the Product has

- become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear

- been misused, or not used in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, or been used in an abnormal way: or

- not had reasonable care taken by you in respect of the Product

You may return Product to Papinelle in circumstances where you believe the Product is the subject of a defect, or there is an applicable warranty claim 

Where the Product sold to you is confirmed to have a defect, or there is an applicable warranty claim, Papinelle will replace the Product or refund the Price of the Product to you.

If the Product is found not to have a defect or there is no applicable warranty claim contemplated by these terms, Papinelle will return the Product back to you and may charge you the delivery costs of the return.

Where Papinelle offers, provides or sells Vouchers or Gift Cards you may use these as payment for products on the Website.

Where Papinelle emails Vouchers and gift Cards to you, Papinelle is not liable to you for any Loss suffered or incurred by you by:

-any errors in the email address you provided to Papinelle

-resulting from use of Vouchers or gift Cards without permission

-theft or illegibility of Vouchers or Gift Cards

Gift Cards and vouchers are valid for the specified period as stated on the gift card or voucher and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Papinelle reserves the right to correct any errors which may be shown on our website at any time upon notice to you, including Price and any relevant delivery charges or other related charges and you must accept these conditions. 

In case of obvious Error, Papinelle may rescind any Agreement with you by notice to you of that rescission and refund to you any moneys that you have paid to Papinelle in respect of the same.

Please allow 7–10 business days for monogrammed items to be carefully completed. Where your order contains both monogrammed and non-monogrammed pieces, all items will ship together once your personalised piece is ready.

Please note that the pocket will be sewn closed, with the monogram positioned above the piping on the PJ top pocket. Minor variations in thread colour, font, or placement may occur as each piece is individually crafted.

Monogrammed pieces are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or amended once an order has been placed. Please ensure all personalisation details are correct at the time of ordering.

Your Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you, take physical possession of the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the 14-day period has expired. You may do this by: Navigating to our Withdraw Form available on our website, or Contacting us HERE. If you use the on-site withdrawal function, you will receive an automatic confirmation of your withdrawal request by email. Please keep this for your records.

Effects of Withdrawal
Upon withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (but not any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notification. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. 

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exemptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to: Goods that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons (e.g. certain intimate apparel or sealed sleepwear)
Goods that are clearly personalised or made to your specifications
